In my work we build bridges to support the process of transformation. For some people that may come through healing past wounds, a life-transition, releasing anxiety, stepping out of depression, or perhaps breaking an old habit or relationship pattern. In session, you will find me to be patient and caring. Providing safety is a top priority. And you may also find me at times challenging your edges in order to support your growth.
