Clinical Supervision
Weekly individual supervision with Sebastian Beca, LMFT — designed to support your hours, deepen your clinical skills, and help you find your own voice as a therapist.
Training & Development
Ongoing training in Gestalt therapy, somatic approaches, ecotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. You will grow into modalities that most training programs never touch.
Clinical Independence
We trust our associates. You will have real autonomy in how you work with clients — no rigid scripts, no assembly-line therapy. Your style matters here.

We are actively seeking 1–2 associate therapists to join the Berkeley office when it opens in July 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new location from the ground up, serving the Berkeley and East Bay community.
