I grew up in Santa Cruz, rooted in this land and its rhythms, and that relationship with the natural world has shaped everything about how I work. Over eight years of guiding children, teens, and adults through nature-based and somatic processes, I've come to believe that healing isn't something we achieve — it's something we remember. A return to the wholeness that was always there.

I work with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and the particular challenges of adolescence — and I bring a body-centered, nature-informed lens to all of it. Rather than working around what the body holds, we work with it. Rather than separating healing from the living world, we invite it in. Sessions may happen outdoors, indoors, or both, depending on what feels right for you.

I also have a deep affinity for working with teens and young adults navigating the threshold into adulthood — a passage that often asks more than our culture prepares us for. Whether you're in the middle of a major life change, sitting with grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I meet clients where they are with patience, warmth, and a genuine curiosity about who they are becoming.

My approach draws from somatic therapy, ecotherapy, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and parts work — woven together in a way that is responsive to you, not prescribed. If you're looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you — sometimes literally — I'd love to connect.
